Hope you all had a great holiday season and are having bountiful harvests with your winter crops. It's a new year, and a new season of sorts for the Urban Ag Working Group. We made good progress on a lot of fronts last year, but are looking to move into more areas, continuing to make Los Angeles a pioneer in the affordable, sustainable, local food movement.

To that end, please save the date - Tuesday, February 13th - for an exciting joint meeting between the Urban Ag and Farmers for All (farmers' market folks) working groups. We see a lot of crossover here and are looking to explore ways in which we can add depth and strength to each group through our combined efforts.
