The following is a list of common agricultural land uses identified by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety and the Department of City Planning in the “Zoning Use List.” Each land use is followed by the zones that the use is allowed in. Some uses need a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to operate in a certain zone, which is a special legal permission granted by the Department of City Planning.
